Here is what we did

One lazy day we had here, we we're searching around the internet and stumbled upon the Nikon web site. What we saw was horrible for the size and reputation of the largest professional camera manufacture. Immediately, ideas we're coming to the brain and we came up with a new hub for Nikon.

Nikon has so many different things that they are into. These different things range from binoculars, digital cameras, flash equipment and high performance print scanners. Immediately we noticed how difficult it was to find certain things on the web site, let alone get product detail without getting completely lost.

Why not make a centralized hub?

A hub that will link to the America's web site, the Asia's web site, product info & support, new releases and pretty much anything else that a visitor would need right at their fingertips. Not only focusing on a more user-friendly environment, but also giving some attention to uniformity. The Nikon site had plenty of different looks throughout the visit. This was very confusing to us, and we are professional web surfers (yes that is a profession we are proud of.) We couldn't figure out which site we we're on, and how we got there. Bottom line, we focused on uniformity to make each branch of the Nikon site look like the other pages. This increases user-interaction and the visitor stay in dramatic ways.

An effective delivery

When the design was finished, we relaxed and admired our work. Nikon was accepting concepts, so we sent over an email to the executive office so they could digest our design and see how it would greatly improve their visitor/customer relations in regards to their online presence.
